Hair Extension Removal Fee: $20 per 15 minutes

This fee covers removal of all hair extensions and detangling of any matted hair. Once the hair extensions are removed and no tangles remain, effective lice treatment can begin.

We provide two comprehensive head lice treatment options:

$249 Full-Service Treatment- Includes: 2 detailed sessions.

*With this option hair extensions can safely be reinstalled by your hair stylist in as little as 7 days.

Immediately following the removal of the hair extensions, the first session involves the application of our gentle and non-toxic proprietary lice killing gel and a thorough comb-out to eliminate all lice and 99.9% of detectable nits (lice eggs). Once this initial session is done you will no longer be at any risk of spreading lice to someone else.

The second session, scheduled 7-10 days later, focuses on a meticulous combing process to remove any remaining microscopic nits that have now developed enough to be detected since the first session.

After the second session has been completed it is safe to have your hair extensions reinstalled by your hairstylist.

Immediately following the removal of the hair extensions, this session involves the application of our gentle and non-toxic proprietary lice killing gel and a thorough comb-out to eliminate all lice and 99.9% of detectable nits (lice eggs). Once this session is complete you will no longer be at any risk of spreading lice to someone else. Although we strive to remove all nits, some may remain due to their microscopic size when initially laid on the hair. To mitigate the risk of recurrence, we provide a bottle of our lice killing gel and a schedule for its application at home. Following the recommended regimen precisely will stop the lice life cycle, preventing any potential resurgence.

After completing the home care regimen, return to our office between 14-30 days after the original treatment for an extensive head check to ensure lice eradication. Once confirmed, it is safe to have your hair extensions reinstalled by your hairstylist.

We will provide instructions on how to care for them regarding head lice treatment, allowing you to confidently have them reinstalled once you have completed the full treatment schedule.

The lice killing gel oil that we utilize, which coats the hair and the lice, is safe to use on highlighted and color treated hair. It will not alter the color or condition of the hair and can be washed out with regular shampoo. It is gentle and non-toxic to the skin but effectively kills lice by suffocation.
